These classes are safe and suitable for all levels, even for those who have never tried yoga before from 12 weeks onwards.

Baby and Me yoga classes provide a nurturing and safe environment for parents and children to connect, grow, and thrive together. These classes offer an opportunity to discover a community of new parents and share concerns, challenges, and milestones.
These classes are suitable for all levels, even for those who have never tried yoga before, from 6 weeks postpartum or 10-12 weeks after a c-section. Babies can join from 6 weeks until they start moving on their own.
When joining prenatal yoga, it’s your responsibility to consult a healthcare provider before exercising during pregnancy to release the instructor from liability for any related injuries or complications.
