Evening Flow Hatha Yoga is a gentle, grounding practice designed to unwind the body and mind after a long day. Our Evening Flow classes emphasize holding steady, intentional poses with mindful breathing, to deepen the stretch and focus on alignment, which makes it ideal for relieving stress, enhancing sleep quality, and cultivating a peaceful state of mind.
Join our regular rate classes, suitable for all levels of expertise and skill, from beginner to advanced.

I joined Timea's class through the Ageing Well. Initiative and have and, as time went on, joined her open class as well. Timea's classes are always friendly and calming giving us a gentle physical workout combined with total relaxation to finish. We are encouraged to work within our individual abilities and strengths. Timea is great at providing adjustments or alternatives to suit our needs. It is amazing how different areas of my body as well as my overall well-being have benefited from these classes.
