 Baby and Me yoga classes provide a nurturing and safe environment for parents and children to connect, grow, and thrive together. These classes offer an opportunity to discover a community of new parents and share concerns, challenges, and milestones.

Start your Baby & Me Classes

 Practising yoga is a gentle yet effective way to regain strength and flexibility after birth and promote physical and mental health. Moreover, practising yoga with your baby encourages bonding and fosters a sense of closeness through shared movement and touch. 

These classes are suitable for all levels, even for those who have never tried yoga before, from 6 weeks postpartum or 10-12 weeks after a c-section. Babies can join from 6 weeks until they start moving on their own. 

 
When joining Baby & Me yoga classes, it is your responsibility to consult a healthcare provider before exercising to release the instructor from liability for any related injuries or complications.

I joined Timea's class through the Ageing Well. Initiative and have and, as time went on, joined her open class as well. Timea's classes are always friendly and calming giving us a gentle physical workout combined with total relaxation to finish. We are encouraged to work within our individual abilities and strengths. Timea is great at providing adjustments or alternatives to suit our needs. It is amazing how different areas of my body as well as my overall well-being have benefited from these classes.
