I am Timea, a seasoned yogi and a qualified psychologist, dedicated to guiding individuals on a transformative path to wellbeing.
My love affair with yoga began 22 years ago, and since then, it has been an integral part of my life.

As a certified instructor with extensive training in various yoga disciplines, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Senior and Pre-Postnatal yoga. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every class. In addition to my expertise in yoga, I hold a BSc (honours) in Psychology, equipping me with a profound understanding of the mind-body connection.
