We now offer Baby and Me yoga classes. These classes provide a nurturing and safe environment for parents and children to connect, grow, and thrive together. These classes offer an opportunity to discover a community of new parents and share concerns, challenges, and milestones. Practising yoga is a gentle yet effective way to regain strength and flexibility after birth and promote physical and mental health. Moreover, practising yoga with your baby encourages bonding and fosters a sense of closeness through shared movement and touch.
These classes are suitable for all levels, even for those who have never tried yoga before, from 6 weeks postpartum or 10-12 weeks after a c-section. Babies can join from 6 weeks until they start moving on their own.
