Looking for a way to destress, increase flexibility, and improve your overall well-being? Our classes are suitable for all levels of expertise and skill from beginner to advanced. There are options to accommodate a more restorative support or a deeper stretch. The goal of every session is to facilitate in-depth introspection and healing.
Yoga Nidra, guided meditations, and various breathing techniques are possible additional class offerings.
Classes are 60 mins.

Gentle Hatha Yoga

Slow Hatha Flow skillfully combines strength and flexibility, warmth and coolness, forward motion and interior relaxation. Slow Flow gives you enough time to concentrate on creating your customized version of each sequence.

Senior Hatha Yoga

Collaborating with Ageing Well East Lothian we also offer specially tailored gentle yoga classes for people over 50.

It aims to maintain and enhance mobility also to release tension, ease mental strain, and protect the joints and tissues of the body.

Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this yoga program will enhance your flexibility, core strength, and focus, helping you perfect every swing.

As the founder and lead instructor, I am Timea, a seasoned and licensed yoga istructor and a qualified psychologist, dedicated to guiding individuals on a transformative path to wellbeing.
